Couple of great posts on Conservative Home:
1) This one shows the true extent of Euroscepticism in the Tory Party. A poll of over 1,500 Conservative members showed 84% in favour of a referendum on the Lisbon treaty even if has already been passed. 60% want serious renegotiation of our relationship with the EU. Will Cameron listen now?
2) Osborne has impressed on a day Darling issued the same rhetoric and refused to bring an end to the ridiculous three way over banking regulation. Osborne promised this afternoon to restore powers to the Bank of England and (hopefully) put an end to Brown's Financial Services Authority (FSA). Read the report here. If he fulfils this promise it should return regulation solely to the Bank and the Treasury and stop the unnecessary FSA overlapping with both of them.
